Participants’ personally identifiable information will only be used in accordance with the National Football League Privacy Policy, as posted on http://www.nfl.com/help/privacy.

b) Make Your Draft Picks: The object is to select, in order from first pick to last pick, the thirty-two (32) prospective NFL players who will be picked in first round of the 2017 NFL Draft from the pre-identified group of prospective NFL players provided on the Fantasy Game Page (as determined by Sponsor).

To make your selections, follow the instructions provided on the Fantasy Game page to fill and submit your Draft Card with the thirty-two (32) first round prospects in order of first pick to last pick and also place your guess, in the space indicated, as to how long (in hours and minutes) the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft will take from start to finish, with the start being the starting of the clock of the first selection and the finish being the naming of the last selection in the first round. The length of the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft will be announced by a representative of the Sponsor at the Draft.

c) Draft Pick Deadline:The deadline for choosing or modifying your round 1 draft picks and selecting the length (in hours and minutes) of the first round is at the start of the 2017 NFL Draft, approximately 8:00:00 pm ET on 4/27/17.

Your last selection(s) or modification(s) that are received by 8:00:00 pm ET on 4/27/17 will be considered your entry and used to tabulate your Fantasy Points. All selections must be accepted and acknowledged by the computer servers by the deadline above (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to be considered valid, timely, and eligible.

4. Scoring System:

Draft picks for the purposes of this Promotion will be determined based on the actual picks made by the teams during the first round of the Draft. Any trades made by a team after the completion of each pick in the first round of the Draft will not count. For example if Team A uses their fourteenth pick to select John Doe but then they trade him to Team B who picked nineteenth in the draft, Fantasy Points will be tabulated based on John Doe being the fourteenth (not nineteenth) pick.

You will earn Fantasy Points based on the accuracy of the selections you made on your Draft Card in comparison to the actual results of round 1 of the Draft as outlined in the below chart. NOTE: Prior to submitting your Draft Card, double check your selections to ensure that you are selecting players who are draft-eligible.

Note that you are guessing the pick order, not the team who picks each player. In the event of a trade, your picks will not change order with the trading teams. For example, if team A trades up from the 12th pick to the 4th pick, your pick order will stay the same regardless of which NFL team picks in that slot.
